Im struggling to get my alloy wheels that are 195/45/15 to fit without scraping. When I first fitted them on they were about 1mm clear of the inside of the arch so I out 10mm spacers on and when passengers are in the back they rub against the outside of the arch. How much clearance do I need from the inside of the arch to the wheel? Thanks
Important! : Arch - Wheel clearance?

#2what wheels are they mate? yor best bet is to roll your rear arches that'll give you abit to play with

#4ohh yeah what about changing from a 10mm to a 5mm spacer? im becoming pro with arch clearance lately lol spent £100's on spacers for my old car

#5On my old VTR, I had 17" wheels with 215/40 - drove with no rubbing and people in the back. Arches were modified and grinded out slightly and ran with no arch liners.

#6cut the inside of the arch away from underneath the plastic trim

#7Ye I have cut some of the arch away, im going to try 5mm spacers, but the are going to leave very little space either side, hopefully it will stop the rubbing!!!
