Center Console

   Has anyone tried fitting a center console from another car?
   I got a 406 one from scrapyard but the spacing on handbrake is wrong.
   Going to have a go with a 306 one at weekend as they dont have an offset handbrake.
   Want something to attach an armrest to and have a bit more storage.

   I think you might find the 306 one a bit wide, I reckon a 206 console with a bit of trimming would work best,
   
   Good idea though. Ive got a mk2 vts and so have no glovebox either, just got the door pockets for stuff :/

   Yeah its quite limited for spaces to store things inside.
   The 406 console i got had 2 cupholders and a built in armrest but the handbrake is to the left so it wouldnt fit.
   I'll have a go with the 306 one and is its too wide ill have a look at 206 ones.

   The 206 ones are really deep and are a funny shape I don't think it will fit. 106 ones do

   106 ones are just the same as Saxo ones arent they?

   They look alot different an are a little bit more square. Have a look ok google images

   Pop down the scrappy and have a look at some.

   shame about the 407 one, that would have been very cool with an armrest and cup holders etc

    Yeah it looked really good, was same black plastic material as dash too so matched everything.
    Got day off work tommorow so im going to go on a scrapyard tour to see what i can find!
