bubbling window seal and knocking noise

Hey guys nd girls, need a wee bit of advice.

The lower window seal (the one on the outside of the door sitting at the top of the door under the window, has got bubbles in it, i plan to remove and replace but dont have a clue where to get them from. Any ideas?

And my cars developing a knocking noise I just cant place, seems to only be when pulling off, no matter what the direction of movement is, its like a ticking clock if that makes sense and gets quicker as the revs increase. Seems to be from under the bonnet or from the front wheels. Any clues will be gratefully taken.

Ticking noise I doubt if its wheel trims as for the window seal they often bubble because there is rust behind them
