Where to buy a Quaife 12mm nylon gearknob?

   When I fitted one of these to my Fiesta race car I got it from Tweeks. They don't seem to list one anymore though, so does anyone have a link for me to order?

   They sell it on the Quaife site, it just doesn't have a picture showing it.
