what are most people running with regard to spring rate in a vts/gti? i have aquired adjustable spring seats for 2.5" dia springs and im looking for a good starting ground at which spring rate to start on, the shocks are koni top adjustables and the rear is standard vts beam with gaz adjustables.
i know there are many variables and the car is just a weekend warrior and does a few trackdays as and when i have the time.
so what are you running? and what free length did you choose? and helpers or not?
