saxo strut brace

  1. #1
Is it worth getting one? if so for the back aswell?
  2. #2
where would tou put a back one?
  3. #3
Between the wishbones, they just bolt onto them
  4. #4
Rear strut braces are weld in, they come with the safety device cage with all the extras.

As for a front one, a lower one makes a difference you can feel, top one not so much.

But its not really the back tbf its actually near the the front wheels obvs... dont actually know why people call it the back :/
  6. #6
sound, does the rear one weld near the seatbelts?
  7. #7
rear brace is a waste of time, it may stop a miniscule amount of shell flex but seeing as all the suspension is mounted on a seperate cradle well away from the inner arches its not going to do a great deal,if anything for handling

You can get one that bolts to the wishbones, im guessing that's What you mean by a rear one? Most people call it the lower brace.

I couldn't tell you where the rear one welds in, I think its just a bar welded across the rear half of the cage to further stiffen the chassis laterally
