Unsafe without wheels!!!

   My Bolt/nuts are not going into my hub hole....Only 1 of each wheel, 2 front been re-threaded twice i think
   Is it a new hub or what?

   Try tapping it out first.
   
   If that fails, press in a new hub and bearing.

   check the thread of all the bolts if you havent already, for any damage, rust or dirt. and the same for the thread in the hub's holes. if its just rusted up or dirty then clean it out with a wire brush and some rust remover or summat. if the threads on anything are damaged try repairing them with a thread file, or tap and dye kit or something.
   
   however if that dont work and its completely f****d then its new hubs or bolts depending on whats damaged
