Supersprint manifold clearence on oil filter???

   Hey, i have just purchased a supersprint manifold for a saxo vtr mk2 (manifold cat), before i try fitting it does anyone know if the plastic oil filter housing is ok on clearence, and is the gap big enough for the heat from the manifold not to melt it ? any advice would be greatly appreciated

   Plastic housing will be fine.
   
   Use some extra manifold to head gaskets to space it away from the head though - before I did this, mine would rattle on the metal part of oil filter housing. I used two sets of 'paper' gaskets from a local motor factors, and a genuine Citroen metal gasket.
