not starting

   ive done a conversion from a 1.4 to 1.6 16v its a 106 quicky and put gti engine in , its all in and went to turn over all lights come on but nothing can here pump and relay going but doesnt even turn over ive checked the earths, starter motor conext. can anyone help me??????????? please

   yes i have two on gearbox one from battery and one of loom and one from battery going to body.

   You used the right ecu ?

   how would the crank sencer stop it from turning over?
   and yes ive got the right ecu

   Did you het the Gti ecu unlocked ?

   is there starter any good? Could try get someone on the key and you get a hammer and TAP the starter as the guy on the key is trying to turn it over, sometimes un-sticks them.

    yes the ecu is unlocked.
    the starter worked fine before i started but will try that.

    could i have got wrong loom if my car has 2 small plugs but ONE was only being use on my 1.4 engine now ive put both engine and loom it has two small plugs but they both plug in??

    Right it starts when I put a bit of wire from + side to the little blue wire on start I've try two looms from a gti in case ones docked any one help me please
