Hi there forum readers!!
It came to my attention that the gasket lining for my sunroof wasn't fitted on correctly, so I decided to take it all off and start again (P.S. there fiddily as f**k) Long story short my mate was trying to tighten up the sunroof lever as it was a wee bit loose but little did I know in the process he's rounded off the screw/bolt that holds the lever in place. Now when I spin the lever round clockwise or anticlockwise the sunroof doesn't move an inch. Its only slightly ajar, but as you can imagine it doesn't take much of an opening for a theif to take a chance.
Any ideas what would be the best method of removing the bolt completely and just replacing in (bearing in mind its completely rounded) and once that is taken out and replaced, is it easy to put the sunroof back onto the runners (if they do run on the runners).
Give me a shout.
Kind regards,
Joseph.
