passenger door sounds like its not shutting

   hey guys had my 2001 saxo vtr for a while now but when you shut the passengers door it doesnt sound like it shuts properlly makes a holow kind of noise any ideas thanks ross

   Well does it pull open without you pulling the handle? does it lock?

   Adjust the striker on the car body where it holds the door closed. Look carefully down the side of car and see if the door is 'sticking out' even when fully closed. If so move striker in a few mm and try again. You will need a torx bit (can not remember the size - get a full kit, you will likely need them at some point).

   ok thanks alot yes it does latch but does stick out at the bottom thanks for the advice ross

   hi guys, i had a 02 plate saxo vtr and having problems with the door not closing properly.. took it to the garage and it still werent right,,
   does anyone have any idea how i can get this sorted ie new catch, wire too tight etc ??
