could be the person sprayed the wheels too thick or didn't wait long enough for each layer to dry properly

its not hared to repaint them as the guide youve read will explain

Thanks to both!
I'll lacquer them tomorrow then leave 24 hours or so give it a good few coats. Do i have to sand it down after each coat or just spray then dry as on the guide it just says spray and sure someone said i had to sand it

?
Not to sure they didn't feel wet feel like normal alloy to touch as if there not sprayed.
Also I think I'll keep these as i have my current set on the car which I'm going to do a different colour, well give it a go anyway now there's nothing to lose if it goes pear shaped, just start again with no consequence, hence why i bought a spare set done in black
Thanks for the advice guys i'll give it a go and keep you posted.
