HID question.

   Well looking to invest in some HID's and just wondering what fitment i need i think it is H4 but can anyone confirm this?

   What year is your Saxo? Have you got standard headlights?

   H4 then buddy... but... I wouldnt even consider xenon's without headlights without projector lens - angels ( Citroen Saxo Chrome Angel Eye Projector Headlights ) or morettes ( Saxo Morettes - 'Standard Optics' ).
   
   If you do then a) they will look shit and b) scatter light everywhere than onto the road

   Its all to do with optics mate. Not sure on the scientific reason ( WikiPedia : Projector (polyellipsoidal) lamps ) but HID's with reflector type headlights just don't work. The beam is scattered more in the air, so to every one else it looks like you're driving around with the main beam on, and to you the light is spread and you don't get the benefit of proper xenon lighting. Youd be better with 100w H4 bulbs ( H4 Ring Sportz Blue 100/80W (pair) ) if you can't get projector lens
