HID flicker when turned on?

   My hids flicker a few seconds after i turn them on. they've only started doing it after like half a year of having them. any idea whats causing this? ive checked all connections and there fine

   Low voltage - either input (flat battery) or output (faulty ballast).

   I had this problem on mine, one of the earth wires that was held on by a nut came slightly loose, just tightened it up and it worked
