any 1 changed there own starter motor?

   i think av got a lazy starter motor on saxo vtr mk1. it struggles to turn over even with a fully charged battery. sometimes turns over and sometime not.
   
   has any 1 changed there own starter, av got mechanical experience so planning on doing it myself.
   
   also will any vtr starter fit and work from later models as i plan to just buy a second hand 1.

   All the ones I've seen have the same connections, I've got 2 in the garage i think that are both the same.
   Ita not a hard job at all, just make sure you disconnect the battery before you go near the terminals with a spanner lol
