Engine Bay sort out clean up.

Have used the search button but have found nothing specific on the topic,
Am looking to clean up the look of my engine bay new hoses etc,
So basically what i am looking for is things i can do or examples.
This is how it currently is.

i heard that some people tuck wiring into the arches or something, to tidy that up at least

A good scrub, re-painted rocker cover, painted/polished manifold cover, ECU cover, battery cover. You could get some new hoses, you can get kits for them, but IMO they look tacky when done in a bright colour that doesn't go with the colour of your car, just get black or blue. Then, if you want to spend more money, you could get a 4-2-1 or 4-1 manifold, VTS twin fans, some sort of induction kit.

    Get an ECU cover
  5. #5
    powdercoat things
conduit hosing to hide and colour up wiring.
    change induction hoses color
    ecu cover
    fancy trimmings

i have most of these on my thread if you scan. early pages i think

When i done mine i just sprayed my manifold cover ' rocker cover and ecu tray and just gave all the hoses etc a clean and it looked alot better and cheap and easy enough to do

Yeah 1st thing is a clean this weekend then onto the rocker cover.. any suggestions on colour to go with Icelandic grey?

I cleaned my bay up, but left everything standard, just cleaned/repainted, so the rocker cover stayed that grey colour. A lot of Saxos have the ECU covers missing, but you can get them off ebay.

Why not just match it to the colour of the car.. Icelandic grey ?

I done mine silver to match my car and it made a huge difference
