Knocking

   I have recently had my front legs swapped for some second hand ones i got from a breakers as my hubs were bent. There is a knocking coming from what i think is the passenger side. It does it when going over bumps, grids, uneven roads. Pretty much all the time unless the road is very smooth. Can anyone shed some light on what it could be? I thought maybe the droplink but i have had a quick look and it looks ok.

   i have the same problem it really annoying does your car lack in grip quite a bit since you have noticed the problem?

   Not noticed a lack in grip no. Just this really annoying knocking..

   i had the lower arms, wheel barings etc changed and driveshafts checked and still have this noise aswell.

   Ive had it lowered 60mm for 2 years now and its only started recently.. Might take it in to a garage to have it looked at.

   How can you tell if they are knackered? They look ok..
   
   Noticed my spring isn't sat up against the stop on the pan, wonder if this is the problem
