gti wont fire up

    this thread on behalf of a mate..

    car has had history of spark plug jumping out of the head, and has had a helicoil...

    car will not start but will turn over, fuel pump is priming so dont think thats it.

    could be coilpack as it could of got damaged by spark plug...

    when fuel tank below 1/4 also cuts out now and again..

    help in all of these feilds would be appreciated

    are you sure fuel guage is giving the correct reading?
