Notice its quite a common problem on the 16v's..

Whats the best way to go about putting new gasket sealent under the Cam Ladders, do I have to remove the Cambelt etc?

yes, take the belt off, rocker covers off, coil pack etc, remove the cam ladder and reseal using Wellseal, its designed to be used on surface to surface fitments unlike silicone and other such products

Hmm, as many people know my mechanics is not the best. DB's current engine was molested by me so I doubt it touch mine.

Will just take it to a mechanics sometime soon, need to sort that damn oil leak before my driveway turns black!!
