Power steering problem

Got a problem with power steering...

Got in the car this morning, started to drive off and noticed that my power steering had cut off.

I then reved the car a bit, battery light came on an the power steering came back on.

Alternator belt was running fine.

If I switch the car off and back on, the battery light goes off, power steering is off. 10 secs later battery light comes on an power steering comes on.

Could this be a battery problem? Maybe I need a heavy duty battery? I have a sub and amp wired in but haven't had this problem before, amp has been in for 3 months...

Mayb it's slowly drained the battery?

Any suggestions would be great

Get your alternator and battery checked.

problem solved, after 4 hrs of head scratching, indicator fuse had blown ....
