Important! : splutter splutter splutter

ok so as some of you may know

mainly when cold my vts will splutter until i put my foot down and it will then go like mad.

this happens mainly when cold as i drive 18 miles to work each day fine after the first mile or 2

i have cleaned the icv, new lamba and checked plugs, also changed the coolant temp.

what could it be?

it will idle for a few minites fine when on stand still and will then eventually cut out.

new icv maybe? map sensor?

any suggestions as im selling the car and dont want to sell with any problems

I'd think it will be ICV related. My mates furious does this but after trying basically what you have done, we just live with it.

Add £50 onto the asking price and call it a french feature

haha well the car is mint mate check the for sale thread i would rather get it sorted befotre the sale but dont want to go changing much more as its all costing ££.

ill just have to change the icv and see what happens

Also when coming to a set of light with the clutch in or in neutral it's idling on around 1k or a little less then it wil go upro around 1200rpm and drop back down as of I'm blippping the accelerator. Still sound like the icv?
