been thinking of doing something like this

just to be a lil different obv not going to be to everyones taste, but oh well. just wondering, you can buy it on ebay which says it will fit on a saxo but how would it work with the sunroof?

    nice to be different ..........

i did mine myself for 2 quid.

and as for the sun roof apply it to the whole roof then cut the sunroof out and peel off the bits that are not needed.

Something different i thought can only see it when the sun shines as its matt black. Good mod to do when your skint as all you need is a roll of sticky back plastic and some scissors.

the yellow saxo looks like my roof done mine myself, cost 20quid for 25 100mmx100mm squares. find the centre line, and work from there. i used one of the squares as a 'dummy' to space between them. easy

i measured between the 2 black strips like each end of the car, halved it and marked it in a few places. draw the centre line with a pen which will wipe off! and go each side of it.

get a water spray bottle, like an old kitchen cleaner one. wash it out and fill it with water and a drop of washing up liquid. spray the backs of the vinyl before you stick them down. cus then you can move the square if its wrong. hold it in place and use an old card and squeeze the water out.

that prob doesnt make any sence lol

    no problem

Mangojake did exactly what i done, best way to do it..

make sure you dont leave any air bubbles, if you do pop it with a scapel and smooth it out with a piece of card
