#2Depends how bad they are if you run your finger nail over them & they catch then you`ll have to fill the scratch with filler.Then flatten prime & paint.If its just surface scratches then use a cutting compound & wax afterwards.You can get a stone chip brush in a little bottle which sometimes comes with a bottle of primer with a brush.
