2nd lambda question :)

    Alright chaps, quick question. Last night i managed to blow my 2nd sensor straight out the pipe along with the fixing WOW lol. Now my 2nd lambda is just sitting on top of my engine as i moved it. The ECU light has not come on. So will i need this 2nd sensor or not?. Can i just patch the hole up in the pipe and tie wrap the 2nd sensor somewhere in my engine bay as it would read if anything clean air?

    Yes you can

    Your basically doing the same as if you have de-catted (which I've done)

    Second lambda is diagnostic only, checking if the cat is doing it's job.
