as above, im thinking about it but everyone iv asked has gave me stupid prices varying from £80 to £500, what would be a good estimate

this is probably stupid to ask but iv got loads of stratches on my plastic trims, and especially a reall big one on my drivers rear arch, will getting them painted remove them, this is a stupid question but just wanting to make sure?

why no colour code them yourself ? will cost you less than you have been offered to get them done gloss black and will look better.

    Halfords

    Assorted Sandpaper
    Assorted Wet n Dry Sandpaper
    Primer (Grey)
    Paint
    Laquer

Take everything of the car for prep n paint

Sand them down gradually smoother, Clean them Prime them 3 coats 15-20mins apart

Take them indoors when dry wait a few hours then get smoothest grade of wet n dry give them a rub down get any imperfections off.

Next day Paint them 3-4 coats 20-25mins apart, after last coat give it an hour go over it with the laquer laquer leave it out to dry as long as possible then leave it in house overnight put it on the car next day.

Reckon could be done for £100 easily depending on how much paint you need

    well worth the effort

You won't get a pro finish with cans
You're best bet is to pay for it but I would say just for bump strips around the £120 is about right and yeah they will sort the scratches out

I got mine painted professionally and after seeing the results I will do it all the time now
