   theres a product you can buy called back to black thats quite gd and tyre shine/slick does the trick also

   use a heat gun to warm the plastic up to bring the oil to the surface then use some of this

   Do two jobs at once, pop the car up drain engine oil, fill with nice fresh oil.
   
   Bung old oil through a filter to make sure theres no shit in it, and use that over your vinyl/plastics. or..
   
   Theres some silicone based stuff that i used to use many moons ago, have no idea what the name of it was but believe it was an autosmart product.
