    Easy.
Well since my engine is out my car I can show you the mount and help you.

Just braved my cold garage lol

Basically two holes near the bottom bolts are 17mm saves you searching for the right size, as is the nut and bolt at the top.

I suggest you take off the two bolted to the gearbox first, leave them in finger tight I'd put a jack under the gearbox just to support the weight, you got the top mount holding it in place but you don't want to put too much strain on the top mount.

Next undo the bolt and nut (both 17mm) It can be tricky getting the bolt out but now you will understand why I said do the two bolts on the gearbox first, you can rock the bracket and work the bolt out, then it should come off like in my picture.

Now I spent ages trying to pull the standard rubber mount out, eventually I got frustrated and just set it on fire with petrol and it just kinda melted out.
You will find whatever aftermarket mount you use, (Powerflex, GrpN, Solid GrpN) they are all hard to get in, I found pressing the bracket into a vice and hammering it in was a good technique, then re-fit it to your car and enjoy the vibrations.

BTW fitting a BBM or Pugsport GrpN top Gearbox mount removes the vibrations (somehow) and makes it super stiff.

    Hope this helps you

Oh also forgot to mention you need to remove that bolt you can see from the bracket but I think that's obvious lol.

its such an easy job, if you know how to use a spanner you should have no problem with it
