Fitting number plate led's

   Had a go at fitting my number plate leds today, done my new headlights and sidelights fine. But i cant work out how to get to the number plate lights
   
   I've had the boot trim off the inside of the boot but still not sure how to get the bulbs out, can anyone shed some lights on this? Cheers

   Unscrew the plactic covers from the outside and just pull the bulbs out

   depends, earlier ones you unscrewed, later ones pop out from behind with some shitty arse clip and are a bastard to get out quickly

   Yes thats exactly it! I broke a clip (and nearly my finger) trying to get them out, and now its bodged in tight with some cardboard folded up lol. I'll give it a go again tomorrow and try not to break anything this time

   the trick is to get the little tiny latches in the middle of the edges (where it slots in). then they just slide out, and the plastic pops off with a little force

   Ahh shit lol. I havent changed them on my MK2 yet, so guessed they were the same.

   Theres like a connector where the wires go into it? Do i unclip them and then pop the annoying latchy thing out, and then i can get to the bulb?
   
   Im thinking i might not bother with this lol, quit before i break anything else.. Do the led's fit anywhere else atall? Such as boot light or interior light? Cheers

   arnt they just the same fitting as normal sidelights?
