Orite everyone, this my first post etc as just got a saxo last saturday. Go easy on me

Well this is my first saxo, had to get shot off my old focus due to fuel consumption being discusting. [20-25mpg]. So i drove a 400 mile round trip to pick up this little vtr in icelandic grey. Was rather comfy concidering its rather low to the road. its got 65k miles on and in very good condition. seems a rather good at the price of £1,500.

    Anyway///

Heres the mods when i bought it:
    - Pipercross ram induction
    - Lowered 70/60mm
    - Sportex backbox

    Ugly Lexus lights

...Only things wrong with it is the boot will not open due to the catch broke, And ofcourse the discusting lexus lights attached to the back of it >:[

Will be getting started with some subtle mods of my own, ill update them on here as i do them.

    Painting and meshing thegrill

Today I removed the grill and choped out the middle slats so i could put mesh there instead. So painted everything gloss black and sprayed the chevrons icelandic grey to match the car.

Didnt take too long, and think it came out quite orite.

If weather is okay tomorrow, Ill tint and spray the headlights and fogs.

    - widemouth the front bumper and paint bottom lip to match.

    Best colour mate!

With the headlights and fogs done it will look good, maybe colour code the grill? up to you.

Also i would get some new stick on plates, mine were the same as yours where there was rust comming through the screwholes and was really pissing me off lol

Was thinking of geting some pressed plates on it, ill try rub the rust of tomorrow, cant be too hard.

Was thinking of spraying grill ice grey but if im thinking of colour coding the rubber trims, it might be a bit too much...
