I sent my ECU to get unlocked, put it back on the car today, however the car still does not want to start, i've put 1.4 single plug engine in a 1.1 single plug car.
everything is connected, all earths checked, my car origionally had two immbolishers though, the standard keypad, and an aftermarket one fitted, the keypad one turns green on turning they key, how ever i still get the immbolisher light and nothing happens on ignition.
Would the aftermarket immbolisher have an efect?
Should i change ignition barrels over (i have the doner car+ key) i'm unsure if you have to have the same ECU and transponder chip for an unlocked ECU can anyone confirm please?
