my ball has dropped off my gear selector

   the ball thing off my gear selector has come off. Does anyone know where i can get a new one, or indeed a part number?

   Oh yeah that works since this has been like this for about two months.
   
   Ill laugh at electrocuted horses for a lot longer than having a saxo. Deal with it.

   That does not surprise me since you can't afford to fix a saxo. Laughing at horses is a lot cheaper indeed.

    how did you shape it down? i bet its a damn sight tighter than a bush. ive got some golf balls kicking about somewhere. worth a go before spending money

    Angle grinder.. the outer case peels off (and burns you when the molten stuff dribbles on you), then the middle rubber stuff grinds down but sort of burns off as a powder and stinks.
    
    For the sake of £15 you might want the real deal from the love of mandys life above.
    
    It wasn't as easy to shape as I was hoping really

    Got a new unit, out of interest can this be done from inside the bay or does it have to be done from under the car?
