   I have £300-400 sorted to fit my vts engine to my vtr.
   
   I have a W reg VTR.
   
   And i've bought:
   - VTS engine from 1999 saxo
   - ECU
   - Key
   - Gearbox
   - Wiring Loom
   - Shafts
   
   My local garage said ti would cost between £200 - £300 for fitting.
   
   Do i need to unlock the ECU if i have the key?
   
   And is there anything else i have missed?

   have you got the back immobliser box from inside the car? (not the one with a brown/white plug)

   You need this or an unlocked ecu. If you dont have it i can unlock the ecu for you
