cam followers/ladders torque settings

   can't seem to find it any where does anyone know what the torque settings are for a VTS?

   camshaft bearing ladder bolts
   stage 1: 2Nm
   stage 2: 8NM
   
   cylinder head bolts
   stage 1: 20Nm
   stage 2: angle tighten 260 degrees
