Metal pedals question?

  1. #1
I'm planning to fit my metal pedals in car tomorrow, so I have a question. Will my gas pedal from 1st picture look like on the 2nd picture if I remove this plastic over it? And how can I remove it? Pull up and on then left? (I read that in search threads )

Here are the pedals...do you think they'll fit? I put them on and saw that they should fit but they had only two holes for brake and clutch pedal..is it ok?

Ye it will look like that when you take the rubber off and if the holes dont line up just drill some that line up perfect

Shouldn`t be too hard put something like scrap block of wood behind the pedal,so that when you drill the pedal won`t move.

you should drill through the pedals easy just use a block of wood as said and also a hss drill bit and you will be through in a couple of seconds.

I tried to fit pedals today, but gas pedal can't be removed, under the plastic gas pedal isn't metal pedal like on the picture. It's only like in 1st picture, plastic pedal and you can't remove it. I'm sad So the metal pedal gas is smaller than stock and looks awful then...

if i understand you correct why don't you just drill through the rubber and tighten your new ones tight, make sure they don't move?

Stock gas pedals is wider than new metal pedal, so when I'll just drill it over stock, stock pedal will jut on left and right side of new metal pedal...If you understand me...
