   ive got a 4-1 and now it pulls better at higher revs and builds it revs alot faster

   You won't notice the difference between the two. I have the raceland 4-1 just because i didn't have to move the oil filter.

   ive got a 4-2-1 mani and i think there sweet and pulls like a muva trucker past 2k rpm

   Does not matter in the slightest as both can work well or poorly. Depends on the given manifold and its application. I tend to prefer 4-1 for most applications but you can get just as good result from a well designed 4-2-1. The Saxo VTS comes with 4-2-1 as standard.
