Solution is buy a new pipe from citreon or PM mandyslover70 to see if he has any

My solution when i had this problem was i raised my car to 50mm

Spend £10 on premium membership, then there is a guide in the how to section and you can get new pipe from the for sale section ive got the pipes for sale on there

About 20 quid i think second hand, quite easy to fit, just a bit tricky to get ur hands/spanner down there, i belive there is a way to relocate where the pipe runs to stop it rubbing, not sure how though,

You sure your car's lowered 40mm? If so, your track rod should easily clear the pipe

Mines 50mm and its got 2 fingers length of space between the 2?

25 pounds plus 7.50 for a pair of pas pipes, mk1 pipes give the best clearance without any adjustment

yeh i would get a mk1 pipe thats what i have done

Also, in the pic (i know it's not yours) but try tightening the union nut that's circled. Mine was leaking from that exact spot, and I thought the pipe was split but it was just slightly worn

yeah the boy that owned it said it was lowered 40mm lol and yeah theres loads of space between the pipe and the track rod its just it must of been rubbing on it as thats where its all burred and got the tiny pin hole it is the solid metal pipe im on about and mandyslover how do i go about getting one off you ?

Mines leaking from this nut aswell, looks a bit tricky to get to, any idea what size spanner to use? And do i just tighten it to i cant turn it any more without using to much force obviously.

Mine was the same recently the mushroom on the pipe inside the union was knackered, got a 2nd hand pipe from a 1.1 with pas of course easiest way to undo the nut I found at 60 mm down was turn the wheels far left as poss, and use a 17mm ring spanner but grind a gap in it just big enough to fit over the pipe, gave me quite a bit more room, really fiddly frustrating job but not hard.

From that picture it looks like the nut has worked its way loose, or have you got an actual hole in the pipe?

As above get a MK1 pipe from mandyslover that will solve the problem, if it still rubs just get a bar on it and ben it out of the way.

No its definitely not leaking at the union I can see it leaking from a pin hole where its been rubbing on I presume the track rod. Yes I will order it from mandyslover soon, is it just that 1 pipe I need ? And where is the other end of the said pipe I can only see it going along the bulk head
