When I drive the car its sooo hard to get into 1st gear (sometimes i cant do it and have to pull off in 2nd) and its a bit stiff into 2nd too, but 3rd and 4th fine, once the car is warmed up though it goes into all gears absolutely fine?

#4Yea as mentioned, change the gearbox oil,

#5I have that sometimes, and i know for sure the box oil is new. all i do is liftup the clutch and then back down, and its fine
-
#6Thanks for that, how easy is it to change gear box oil?
-
#7very easy. take out the drainage plug using the 8mm adaptor tool. then once all drained refit the plug then at the top of the box there is another plug take that out and fill with 2 ltr's of SAE 75W/80 oil until it overflows out of the re fill port re fit plug. move into all gears with the stick then job done.
watch out for used gear box oil because it stinks. -
#88mm adapter tool? is that the same as used on the engine oil sump?

and if you're under the car draining the oil, then fill it back up from the proper hole (which is about 4 inches from the drain one, set back slightly and up obviously) rather than through the breather

#10Might be worth checking clutch cable. Is your biting point very low down? If so you would benifit from shortening the clutch cable a bit. Try 5mm increments. It is adjusted from the end of the cable and is seen under the battery. Need a 10mm and 11mm spanner. It is a bit awkward to get at, to make it easier remove the air filter inlet ducting.
