Important! : How to tell what 266mm's i have bought?

    Took them down to andrew page and they say they are deffo ABS one's and i havent got ABS and told the lad who i got them off (project on 106oc).

    The reg of the car they were off is Y578UAN

    Need to know this asap as i have nothing left on my front discs and pads

    well andrew page said that they are deffo abs and the abs pads fitted so i have been bumped?

    No, as you can run the ABS pads/calipers etc with no ABS system present.

    so just cut the wire off?
    and it wont effect braking?
    sick of being messed about when buying parts atm

    do the pads have the wire? im sure the mintex pads i bought for my non abs vtr has a wire of them. i just cut them off

    Look on the front of them

    Do they have Lucas written on ?

    Just cut the wires off and then you have non abs pads. Won't effect braking, just means you don't have abs lol.

    Mines have Bosch ... But I understand that there are two versions of Bosch calipers

    Here's what is on the caliper itself .. Bosch part number ... Bosch 204 3610 (53/54) 53 & 54 is for left an right handed sides
