   depends wht for, but sure with an inverter i think they are called yes? same thing you'd use to run a xbox or ps in your car

   There led's from a kitchen set up and they will need to be wired into the car

   no need for a converter they will have a convertor/ resistor on them somewhere just swap that out for a 12v dc resistor and will work fine from battery power.
   cant really tell you what resistor to get without pic's but surely it will be easier to get a bag of 100 led's and make your own with some wire and a souldering iron.
