Important! : just fitted an air filter need alittle help...

   okay so ive just fitted an air, but what do i do with this pipe? anyone know?
   
   (btw this isnt my exact engine, too late and cba to take a picture atm, but its the same engine to mine,... sorry to whoevers picture this is, i had to nick it )

   Take the bit of pipe on the right off thats just past the bit that goes on to the head if you know what i mean lol? and put a oil breather filter on it.

   Yea mate that little bit of pipe that connects to the airbox, take that off and put a breather filter onto that connection bit which goes onto the head.

   As said a breather filter fits onto that hose to stop dirt being pulled in
   
   I would also run a cold air feed up to that filter or put your old filter back minus the filter box.. Just the hosing and that will help blow cold air around that area

   thanks guys, bought a breather earlier and fitted it, no problems now, even seems asif my car is running better

   yeah mate when i took the old standard filter off, i left the front part (running from the radiator) on, and thats right infront of my air filter so all the cold air is going directly into the filter
