brown sludge was bunging up all pipes etc . flushed full system, fitted new thermostat + seal cleaned matrix heater pipes + all coolant pipes fully , put in fresh coolant bled up all ok ... next day bunged up wid brown sludge agen !! so did everything again , all was clean + ok ... next day same again . cant see a leak anywhere, but car ( saxo 1.0) just keeps overheating . first its ok then the heater stops blowing hot air then the red light will come on , this is the third day of this, . no oil in water when checking on dip stick, no sign of oil leaking at head gasket , yet water boils up + pours out of expansion bottle after approx 10 mins running . each time there is air in the system , wher is it getting in ? any ideas ?

#2It may be a slight leak, have you tried a new head gasket or that liquid that can seal your gasket i think its called steel seal. -
#3head gasket was done about 6 months ago , never heard of steel seal ? wher wud i get that at ?
