depending on how low you want to go mate,

    you will need front springs
    shocks if you want
    rear is torsion

    i went 40 front and 50 back
but i have vtr kit fitted and its on 13" steels

i know ill need front springs, but do i need new shocks or are the ones already on the car useable?,

i have a 1.1 but im sticking the vtr/vts body kit on it, to make it look nice and sporty but not to over the top

    Keep it flatarch .

You can choose whether to upgrade the shocks too, most people say you should for any lower than -40mm.
