   ok i sometimes when there is heavy rain the passenger side floor has a puddle in it not sure were it is coming from lol

   Check the drains are clear for the sunroof, these are hidden behind the roof lining. Also check the guttering when the sunroof is open.

   I had this and i just removed the sunroof seal and sealed it up with tigerseal. Put some welding wire down the sunroof drains and cleared them and its sorted.
   
   You have to remove the sun visors, sunroof control panel thing, and the grab handles to get the lining out the way far enough.
   
   Also have a look that the scuttle panels under the windscreen in the engine bay are not full of water, theres a drain hole behind the strut that sometimes needs cleaning out.
