blower,alternator, rpm problem

hello, im looking for some advise.
my saxo 1.1 forte (2000) got overheated...
    i changed head gasket...
but engine still thinks its overheated and keeps spining fan atleast for 10mins extra.. even i start car just for 10secs it goes for 10mins :/ and cant get water lvls/overheating light away from dashboard aswell :/
    but the main problem is...
it all started after we put battery in wrong way.. + to - and - to + :/
    - heated rear window doesnt work.
    - alternator is not charging (everything is ok with alternator)
    - blower doesnt work
where in car i can find relay for em? or there may be something else dead? :/
+ rpm sometimes stuck at 2k and sometimes it goes only on 3 strokes(or it may be just a feeling)
maybe some1 had same problems and help me solve em.
    many thanks.

Check the fuse for the heater and blower as they share the same one.

Earths, fuses and relays are first to check. The exact fuse and relays are in the sticky in this section.

Everything is fine with fuses and relays under hood and glove box.
Are there some other hidden relays somewhere? :/

In that case check earths and have you checked with a multimeter. Alternator and rpm could be linked to a poor earth on the gearbox.
