Im very new to this performance malarci but am very interested in uprating my cams
i dont know ANYTHING about what they do, were they are etc so please could someone expalin how they boost performance, how much it would cost, fitting times etc, which make is best
My car is a 1998 VTR and have an uprated air filter, twin exhaust, de cat and am planning to get a sports manifold and quickshift gear changer

Is there anything else i could do as I would like to take it on the track but still use it on the road mainly (not super or turbo chargers as cant affords thoses)
