heater not working on vsx

   the heater and power steering are not working on my vsx however under the steering column the brown plug only has one red coming out of it and two reds out the other side so i cant do the normal bypass. can anyone help me?

   you checked your alternator ? i done the bypass and it ended up being the alternator lmao
