Central locking problems

Arite guys any chance of some help here the central locking on my 1998 saxo vtr just goes crazy and goes up and down about 6 times this happens every minute or so. I had too take the fuse out which means no radio does anybody know if u can change what fuse powers the radio

i had exactly the same issue with my vtr that a got a couple of weeks ago. most of the time it wouldn't work , then suddenly take on a mind of its own, start working etc. sometimes when driving, i could hit a bump in the road and you could hear it activating.

mine is not remote locking, but just central locking off the key. i took my drivers door card off and found 2 multi plugs that fit to the solenoid. one has 3 wires and the other 2it was simply a case of the connection was loose. they are spade connectors. i found that they were difficult to get at though due to the plastic casing of the multi plug. i used a large sewing needle which was just enough to get in and tweak the sides of the spade connector. its worked spot on since. if you haven't got a large needle then one of those jewellers scredriver sets would probably be small enough to do it.
