   I got a 3 inch back box but if I put a strait center pipe with the cat still on mines on the down pipe will I get poping or do I need to decat so I'd have to get a new manifold but what one is beta eg 421 greatfull of any help

   You need to put a decat on it!
   
   I have a sports cat on my vtr and it pops a bit but my mate has a decat on his rallye and it pops loads!

   much easier to get popping with a decat, you will get some poor attempts at it otherwise

   once you pop you cant stop i love it especially going under bridges and in tunnels lol

   i have Supersprint manifold and straight through race tube and 3" peco backbox, pops plenty mid gear change and on deceleration, wouldnt say it pops and bangs tho, just pops loudly
