my shit attempt to chang dials led! lmfao

    right for a start i feel like a dick lmao

    i got bored and decided am sick of green dash lights so went n bought

    20x BLUE PLCC LEDS
    Solder
    Soldering Iron

    took me good 4 hours to desolder old leds and solder the new ones in..
    and this is the out come lmfao!

    a completly fucked the rev counter tried puttin new leds and old leds and nothing! so new dash dials for me and try all over again

    oj mate you not done a bad job just looks like you have missed 2 or maybe they are in the wrong way round or infact did you test them with a 9v battery before as i have had some led's before that were faulty from ebay and didn't work.

    hahaaa no ur not jokin! after i finished all the soldering i fited it into the car and them 3 leds didnt work..so went back in desoldered them cleaned the board and soldered 3 new ones in..now the right way or wrong way am not sure off but got all right except those 3 i really cant be bothered to get it out again takin airbag off steerin wheel blalalala and end up same crap..rather get new dials for like 15 quid scrappy and do it again be xtra careful!

    looks amazin at night..very very bright and makes the inside stand out like fooooook! ... doin the centre part this week! cd player heatin hazard lights and so on blalalala...pisses me off everytime i get in the car..got crippled dash lights

    this is the guide by the way very very easy! looks fiddly but its all just screws! very easy to do i just rushed with soldering...very nice id recommend it to any one!

    I am doing mine on Tuesday but i got a spare set of dials from the scrappers and changed the mileage on them. the first time I used l.e.d's i had the + and the - sides mixed up so half of them didn't work i think the ones for the saxo have a little cut in the + side could be worth a check as it saves you 15 quid and 40 to change the milage.

    hmmm mine are digital dials..wont they read of the ecu? wont need to change the milage..fekkk sake gonna try tomorow then! if it wont work am inboxin u lots of grief pal!

    the mileage comes on the dials mate i am use to grief mate I work in a motor sport prep and paint garage mate stress is my friend lol .

    fuck! i thought digital dials like the photo i posted above milage read of ecu! other wise i wouldnt have bothered :'(
