Quicky - Temperature

   Basically, just got my car back from the garage and my temperature needle slowly goes right to the top and sits about a quarter of a centimetre down, but the light isn't on? The fan comes on but turns off basically after I turn my car off? I've just had a new radiator, so do you think it could be a sensor or something?
   
   Any ideas appreciated, cheers...

   you could start by telling us which car, but it sounds like and airlock if it goes about 3/4 and doesnt go down when fan comes on.
